Technical service technician
As a technical service technician you will work in a dynamic production environment, independently solving faults or performing maintenance work.
Activities
-
Performing both preventive and corrective mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance on all machines;

Solving malfunctions on all machines;
-
Performing minor installation work;
-
Coordinating and managing various installations in consultation with external parties;
-
Management of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic parts;
-
Implementing purchasing proposals;

an MBO level 3-4 working and thinking level;
-
affinity with technology;
-
independently and able to carry out your own work;
-
communicative and service-oriented in contact with colleagues and external companies;

flexible, stress resistant and accurate;

managerial and analytical capabilities;

willing to continue to develop yourself through education and training;
-
at least 2 years of relevant work experience within a production environment;
-
in possession of a valid driving license B;

Toolmaker
As a toolmaker you are responsible for the (dis)assembly and maintenance of tools, whereby you resolve malfunctions independently.
Activities
-
Reading and understanding technical drawings;
-
Dealing with Microsoft Excel, 3-D CAD viewer system (VISI-progress);
-
Assessing and solving problems / malfunctions of follow-cutting bending tools in consultation with the team leader;
-
Assembling or disassembling tools in accordance with the technical drawing and / or CAD file;
-
Assessing tool parts for wear and regrinding by means of a surface grinding machine;
-
Working with a conventional turning and milling machine;
-
Registering all activities and supplies performed;
-
Working with a forklift and a crane to move tools (stamps);
Who are we looking for?
You are / have ...
-
minimum MBO level 3/4;
-
a completed training as a tool maker;
-
computer skills in a Microsoft and CAD environment;
-
experience with maintenance / repairs to secondary cutting bending tools;
-
experience with surface grinding machines and conventional turning and milling machines;
-
technical insight;
-
accurate and stress resistant;
-
flexible (two shifts and possibly overtime);
-
works independently;

Design Engineer
As a constructor at AllPress Metals BV you develop, supervise and change (new) tools and production-oriented measuring equipment and machines.
Activities
-
Developing, supervising and changing (new) tools and product-oriented measuring tools and machines

Making composition and detail drawings and making changes;
-
Optimizing production processes;
-
Assessing and solving production-technical problems;
-
Drawing up project plans and product-related quality documents;
-
Maintaining contacts with suppliers and customers;
Who are we looking for?
You are / have ...

Bachelor working and thinking level;
-
affinity and / or experience with punching technology and tool making;
-
in possession of an engineering or toolmaker diploma;
-
at least 2 years of relevant experience within a production environment;

flexible, resistant to stress and able to carry out your work independently;

good in Dutch, English (German is plus), good in speech and writing;

Operator
As an operator, you will operate our machines in the production environment. You check and adjust the settings of the machines. You also carry out quality checks. You solve minor malfunctions yourself.
Activities

Inserting lead-heavy tools into the machine using a forklift truck;

Setting up and checking the machine;
-
Monitoring production and checking products via measuring equipment;

Diagnosing and solving problems;
-
Maintaining the machine and carrying out machine repairs.
Who are we looking for?

At least MBO level 2 working and thinking level;

A completed metalworking education;

Experience with setting up, operating and maintaining machines;

Technical insight (electrical engineering and pneumatics);
